Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and may be purchased at the time of registration.
Exhibit Display Guidelines
Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Conduct
Sponsor and exhibitor name badges may not be exchanged between individuals.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be served their included meals at their exhibit tables.

Exhibit Tear-Down
Saturday, September 20 You are welcome to break down your exhibit during the closing plenary session, or you can stay set up until after attendees leave for lunch.

EXHIBIT STAFF
All exhibit staff must be registered via our Exhibit Staff Registration form. This is a special registration type available only to sponsors and exhibitors and helps us account for who will staff your exhibit during the event. Exhibit Staff Registration will be collected in August.
