Clock Hours

PLEASE NOTE: You will need the code printed on the back of your name badge in order to submit attendance and access clock hours for the Leadership Conference.

  1. Login or signup at: www.my247ed.com 
  2. Go to the conference center and choose: WSCA It's About Time
  3. Register for Conference: Click on “Conference Center” on the left side of the screen and select your conference by its title. Register for the conference USING THE CODE PROVIDED BY WSCA. The code is specific to the events you have registered for.
  4. Access Conference: In your "Conference Records", click "View Conference." on your conference record.
  5. Session Selection: Click "Sessions & Schedule" on the left to choose the sessions you attended.
  6. On-Demand Content: If this is available, view the desired/required content.
  7. Confirm Sessions: Go to "Record & Attendance Log" on the left to verify your sessions. Click "Confirm Attendance" for each session. (Depending on when you registered this may already be done.)
  8. Apply for Clock Hours: Click on "Certifications & Forms" on the left, then click "Start Application" for the "Washington State Approved Clock Hours".
  9. Complete Application: Confirm you are ready to apply by clicking each slider to indicate completion, then click "Apply for Clock Hours." If this button is not available review the requirements listed and make corrections.
  10. Payment: Make a payment for your Clock Hours, if after October 30, 2024.
  11. Survey and Verification: Proceed to complete the survey and other State required steps.
  12. Print Form: Once your log is confirmed, your official Clock Hour completion form will be available
