Breakout session rooms will be set classroom style. You can expect up to 50 people to attend your session.

WSCA will provide:

• Screen and projector
• Room moderator
• HDMI Cable

Please bring your slide deck on your own laptop. You may also need to bring a dongle to connect to the projector via the provided HDMI cable. Please check your laptop to see if it has a direct HDMI connection or if a dongle is needed.

Slide decks and handouts are made accessible to our attendees via our conference app. If you wish for your materials to be included, you must provide them using the Dropbox link below.

Only PDF files are accepted. Please convert all files (even PowerPoints and Google Slides) to PDF before uploading.

Please name your files with your session title ONLY. If you have multiple files, add a number to the file name, for example, "Amazing Session 1", "Amazing Session 2", etc.
