The Early Bird discount is valid through June 28, 2024.

The deadline to register is October 4, 2024.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees include:
  • Access to all breakout sessions, three keynotes, and social functions on October 11 and October 12
  • Access to Pre-Conference session if registered.
  • Breakfast on Saturday, October 12
  • Lunch on Saturday, October 12

Additional Fees (Not Included in Conference Registration)
  • Self-Parking (fees subject to change)
    • $8 for hours 1-4, $2 each additional hour
    • $25 plus tax per night for overnight guests
  • Hotel Accommodations
    • $209 per night plus taxes and fees
    • After 9/11/24, the prevailing rate of the hotel applies
